Please review the following important information and procedures in order to ensure a smooth transition.
- Important Dates & Procedures:
- Starting April 15th, 2012, VirtualAgents360 can be accessed through www.allstarbrokers.com under Virtual Agents Log-In tab with same user name and password.
- E-Requests will only be acceptable and processed per guidelines posted under Info and Procedures on Virtual Agents 360.
- Previous Virtual Agents 3.0 will still be accessible at www.ivirtualagents.com until May 30th, 2012 with the restriction of View-Only mode; daily updates or service will no longer be provided.
- Current ongoing transactions listed under Virtual Agents 3.0 are to be re-opened by agent on Virtual Agents 360 under Real Estate Center or Mortgage Center which are now separated into a real estate or mortgage category.
- It is the agents responsibility to re-input prior transactions into VirtualAgents360 if they feel it necessary. Prior data on Virtual Agents 3.0 will no longer be maintained after April 15th, 2012.
